Movement Mondays
Mondays 12:00-12:45pm ET
Start off your week strong with this all-encompassing posture, strength, and kettlebell-based fitness class. We'll approach new skills step-by-step and with a beginner's mindset. Our priority will be to start off the week with movement, postural awareness and progressive strength building.
Posture + Power Wednesdays
Wed 12:00-12:45pm ET
Build strength at home with this variety filled class. We will progressively work on kettlebell movements, postural drills mobility and flexibility. Fun will be had as we support and encourage each other to show up and move, breathe, and play!Â

Swing into Mondays
Mondays 1:30-2:35pm ET
This class is for intermediate level kettlebellers who have been working with me or my video library for at least a month, or who know the the basics of the kettlebell swing, the kettlebell clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. Time is spent on technique, however a 1:1 private session is recommended if you are brand new to any of these skills. It's a mixed level class so I aim to keep things moving and only occasionally have skills days where we go back to the basics.Â
TGU it's Friday!Â
Fridays 1:30-3:00pm ET
A special 90min class for those of you who have been working with me over the years. It's for anyone who knows the StrongFirst hardstyle kettlebell swing, snatch or high-pull, clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. With extra time for warm-up, recovery, mobility and a variety of skills and drills, we'll have freedom to get curious and playful with our strength practice!Â
