Movement Mondays
Mondays 12:00-12:45pm ET
Start off your week strong with this all-encompassing posture, strength, and kettlebell-based fitness class. We'll approach new skills step-by-step and with a beginner's mindset. Our priority will be to get a solid dose of movement and progressive strength building in each week.Â
Swing into Mondays
Mondays 1:30-2:30pm ET
This class is for those of you who have been working with me over the years, and who know the kettlebell swing, snatch or high-pull, clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. Less time is spent reviewing these 6 StrongFirst kettlebell skills in this class, and the focus is to keep getting stronger and smarter with our training.Â
Wildcard WednesdaysÂ
Wednesdays 12:00-12:45pm ET
An all-levels friendly class where you will come to move, strengthen, align, and take a break from your everyday activities. Kettlebells are recommended but dumbbells can be used while you are deciding or waiting to purchase your kettlebells. Everyone is welcome to join us for this creative and playful class.

Steady Strength Wednesdays
Wed 4:30-5:30pm ET
Build serious strength at home with kettlebell-based movements in this variety filled class. Some experience with the StrongFirst kettlebell swing, TGU, clean and press is recommended as circuit workouts will be visited frequently. Fun will be had as we support and encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves!
Foundations Fridays
Fridays 10am-11am ET
This is an all-levels class for kettlebell enthusiasts and newer kettlebellers alike. We'll focus on pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, locomotion and rotation, complimented with mobility, stability, and posture drills. Finish off your week strong this fall and winter!Â
TGU it's Friday!
Fridays 1:30-3:00pm ET
A special 90min class for those of you who have been working with me over the years. It's for anyone who knows the StrongFirst hardstyle kettlebell swing, snatch or high-pull, clean, press, squat, and Turkish Get-Up. With extra time for warm-up, recovery, mobility and a variety of skills and drills, we'll have freedom to get curious and playful with our strength practice!Â
